Huangshi Huaxin Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Huangshi Port Industrial Park, Huangshi City, Hubei Province, covering an area of more than 28,000 square meters, with a factory building of over 10,000 square meters and other buildings totaling more than 4,000 square meters. The company has two subsidiaries: a casting subsidiary and a machining subsidiary. The company currently employs more than 140 people.

Casting Subsidiary: It uses the Japanese Shindo FCMX-II double-station molding line (produced in 2022), Japanese Shindo FBO-III single-station molding line (commissioned in 2007), Japanese Tenghe fully automatic pouring machine, and French Fadirque fully automatic sand processing line. The company produces about 20,000 tons of various medium and small automotive castings annually. It mainly supplies over 100 kinds of casting blanks (such as caliper bodies, brackets, middle covers, upper covers, lower covers, base seats, mounting plates, brake discs, pressure plates, and flywheel halves) to clients like Wuhan Yuanfeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Hubei Sanhuan Clutch Co., Ltd., Shandong Yuecheng Brake System Co., Ltd., Hubei Xianning Goulian Industrial Co., Ltd., Hubei Benyang Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and Ma'anshan Boyue Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.

Machining Subsidiary: It uses a dedicated production line for brake discs and pressure plates, capable of producing 300,000 22.5-inch brake discs and series of clutch discs annually. The company is currently investing more funds to increase its processing capacity for caliper products.

After customer assembly and processing, the company's products are mainly sold to major car manufacturers such as Dongfeng Motor, Shaanxi Automobile Group, JAC Motors, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Great Wall Motors, King Long, and Zhengzhou Yutong.

The company has passed ISO/IATF16949 quality system certification and obtained the Level 2 Certification for Standardized Production Safety.
